- Mountain hikes or trail runs: There are a plethora of trails to be discovered from beginner hikes to more challenging routes, taking in quaint mountain cabanes and restaurants along the route if you desire to stop for a coffee or lunch. Routes are tailored to the individual or group and can be focused on flatter paths, or steeper trails, winding through the forest for shade or traversing a plateau up high. There are some great hikes for children too with wooden carved animals to look out for also!

- Forest fitness circuits (par cours vita): immerse yourself in nature as you workout in Verbier's 'outdoor forest gym'. Hike or jog along the forest trail between fixed 'fitness stations' where you will work your whole body, focusing on strength, balance and cardio exercises.
